Power Video Joiner 4.0.40
‘Power Video Joiner’ wants to be a video joiner. The producer claims that this program can ‘merge multiple AVI, MPG, MPEG, WMV, MP4, ASF, MOV, QT, 3GP, DAT, OGM, RM, RMVB, FLV, BMP, GIF, JPG files into one large file in various formats (iPod, PSP AVI, MPEG, MPEG 1, MPEG 2, MPEG 4, VCD, DVD, SVCD, RMVB, RM, WMV, MOV, DIVX, 3GP, FLV)’. 
When I first opened the program I wasn’t able to see any other format than the MPEG. Then I thought, maybe the other formats are available only in the paid version but I finally discovered the rest of the output formats. Totally not intuitively placed. A feature available only in the paid version is the drag and drop feature.
While testing the program I was disappointed to see that you have to wait too much after the progress bar reaches 100%. After the process seems to complete quite fast you have to wait for more than half hour for the program to become available again so your computer will continue to work. The quality of the output file seems to be poor compared with the original file.
The user interface needs to be redesigned to become more intuitive because the settings for the output file are more visible than the output file selector.
