Internet Satellite TV and Radio Player 2150
As the long name suggests, ‘Internet Satellite TV and Radio Player’ is an online TV and radio player.
When I’ve read the publisher description I was very anxious to test the program because I like watching online TV. The publisher claims that ‘Orbatel Satellite PC TV Player is the hottest, sleekest, new satellite TV player for your PC ‘ but but testing the program proved me that this is nothing else that advertising. As this isn’t the first nor the last online TV player, neither shall I consider it the hottest. I’ve seen better programs and I’ll give you at least one good example later in this review.
While testing the program I was surprised to see that the protection is very unusual in case someone will use this program for something different than watching TV or listening to radio (such as testing it, for example). You can’t use the program for more than five minutes each time. I prefer to test a program for only one day of trial than in 5 minutes sequences. This is very frustrating because if you start the program and leave from the computer for, lets say, half an hour, when you return to the computer you will find a bunch of messages, not one, telling you that you have to buy or close the program. During the tests many channels offered me the next message : ‘The channel is not broadcasting at this moment’.
