River Past Video Slice is a powerful video editing and conversion tool. You can load up a video file (supports all popular video formats) and slice it into how many segment you want to. You need to select the start and end time than proceed to choosing the output file options. First, you need to select the output file type: AVI (DV, Divx, Xvid), DV, MKV, OGM, WMV; then, you have to choose the video compressor, resolution, framerate, quality; the next step – audio settings – choose audio compressor, sample rate, channels, bitrate, etc., and there you go.
