Split and join video files or pictures with Absolute Video Splitter Joiner.  

You can choose between three splitting modes. You can split by parts number, by average time, or by manually setting the start and end time of each selection. The video files can be previewed in the internal player to set the size of the resulting clips accurately.

Depending on the output file format, you can set the frame rate, the image size, the audio or video compressor properties, and the audio bitrate and frequency. The program supports AVI/DivX/Mpeg4, Mpeg 1, Mpeg 2 and WMV/ASF video formats.

You can even link together BMP or JPG images and add music files as background in order to create video presentations in any of the supported video formats. When merging pictures, you can choose the duration of each picture, the duration of transition, and the transition type, which will add a nice touch to your presentation.
