DivX Pro for Windows includes the DivX Player and DivX 6.6 codec. The DivX Player plays all DivX and Xvid files that contain DivX (Xvid) video and MP3 audio (including DivX 3, 4, 5 and 6 video formats. Once you have installed the The DivX codec, you can view DivX media with any media player installed on your computer. 
DivX Player settings include scene selection menus, chapters, subtitles, video tags and alternate audio tracks. The DivX encoding process includes options for different quality levels: home theatre, high definition, handheld, portable. Using a P4 CPU at 3GHz, the CPU usage was constant between 50 – 54% of the CPU’s resources.
